Work It Out!

Join in on our popular strength camps this summer.

2 x Testing Sessions. 13 x Strength Sessions

$300 or $260 for enrolments of 2 or more.

Strength Testing | Acceleration

2 x Testing Sessions....

These sessions are great because they give you an indication of where you are at and it also helps our coaches design a program that suits your group!

The testing session will measure your:

- Height
- Weight
- Bench Press (or Push Ups)
- Squat (or Standing Broad Jump)
- Chin Ups (or Lat Pulldowns)
Coach in the Weight room 13 x Strength Sessions covering:
  • Flexibility
  • Core Stability
  • Strength and Power using Free Weights
  • Experienced Coaches
  • Fun, Motivating Envronment

For the next 13 sessions, you will be in the gym following a program that is safe and appropriate for your age and ability.

You will have online access to this program so you can keep training after the camp in between strength camps at Acceleration.

Times and Dates:

14th of December to the 22nd of January  - Monday, Wednesday and Friday

  • 2 x  Testing (60 Minutes)
  • 13  x Gym Sessions (60 Minutes )

This program is designed for young athletes ages 12 and up.
