Strength Group Sessions

Your coach has designed a 8 week program to improve your strength, stability and flexibility for your sport.

Meet your Acceleration coach this term in the gym to get better today for AFL, Baseball, Basketball, Cricket, Dancing, Diving, Fencing, Football, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Netball, Rugby, Swimming and Tennis.

These sport specific sessions are 60 minutes of concentrated core stability, flexibility training and strength training. For athletes aged 10 and up, these run during the school terms in the evenings.

Program Details

  • Brisbane Central:
    • Sessions run from 6:05 PM to 7:05 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. For Saturdays, Sessions run 7:4 5AM - 8:45 AM.
  • Brisbane East:
    • Sessions run from 6:05 PM - 7:15 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • Gold Coast:
    • Sessions run from 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM on Wednesdays.
  • Sessions cost $104.

Strength Group Training Sessions include:

  • Flexibility (Trigger Pointing 5 minutes)
  • Stability (Deep System and Steering System 15 minutes)
  • Strength Training (Functional Training 35 minutes)
  • Recovery (5 minutes)
