Steps to Own a Franchise

 

1. Getting Acquainted

If you are interested in joining the Acceleration team, simply fill out and submit a Franchise Inquiry Form.  Once we receive your inquiry form, a member of the Acceleration management team will contact you to answer any questions you have and conduct a short, informal telephone interview.

We will then send you our Franchise Information Pack, which contains more detailed materials about Acceleration Franchise Systems.

2. Personal Meeting

Once we review your Franchise Inquiry Form and if you meet our financial and business background requirements, we will contact you and invite you to attend a 2 day introductory course at the Acceleration Training Centre in Brisbane, Queensland. While attending this introductory course, you will meet with senior management and other key members of the Acceleration team, and furthermore you will be given an in-depth presentation of Acceleration, which will allow you to evaluate whether or not this franchise opportunity suits your needs. You will also have the opportunity to see how our programs work and observe the daily movements of the centre. Throughout this process you will be encouraged to interact with specific members of staff and possibly athletes that you come in contact.

3. Franchise Agreement

After approval by our management team, the next step is the signing of the franchise agreement.

4. Training Centre Site Selection and Training

After your franchise agreement has been signed, Acceleration will work with you to identify a centre location, negotiate your lease, select a contractor, manage your build-out and assist in recruiting key employees.

We will provide an in-depth, one-week training course at the Acceleration Training Centre in Brisbane, Queensland. We also provide a Marketing and Advertising plan to help you budget and plan for initial marketing of your centre.

5. Pre-Opening Sales & Marketing

A member of our Management Team will lead you through each and every step of getting your Acceleration centre up and running. From site selection to ordering equipment to pre-marketing your centre, we are there to help you. We also provide a New Centre Marketing and Advertising plan to help you budget and plan for initial marketing of your centre.
