Little Accelerators Camp for Young Athletes
This day camp has been specifically designed for children aged 6 to 12 years old to teach them about the way their bodies move and how to get the most out of sport and to ENJOY it more! In one day each young athlete will experience modified elite sports training! AND learn skills to improve their sports performance! Not only that, but the kids have a great time.
We've designed this camp to keep them busy, happy and well entertained while they learn!
Little Accelerators Can:
• Analyse their own running technique on video!
• Perform proper warm up techniques
• Improve their running form, speed, agility and reaction time
• Discover how to make their body stable so they can become strong
• Test their flexibility and become skilled at trigger point therapy
A day of learning and fun that will build a solid base for an active future!

Little Accelerators Should Bring:
• Morning Tea and Lunch
• Water bottle (there is a drinking fountain if need be)
• Proper shoes and clothes for running and playing games!
