Field Conditioning - 20m Sprints (Beach Start)

Category: Field Conditioning
Purpose: - Replicate game situation of getting up and back into the contest while maintaining good form
- To improve lactic acid tolerance and to improve anaerobic fitness
Description: - Beach Start Position
- On the go signal, athlete runs 20m in 4-5sec and then jogs through to the 40m mark, turns around, then drops back into a beach start position
- Rest a total of 10secs (including jogging time), and repeat specified number of repetitions
