For spine mobility. Helps to prevent back stiffness and/or relieve the symptoms of back pain caused by muscle tightness and poor posture.
- Sit on the floor position posture pro, then lay back onto the posture pro over an area of muscle tightness/joint stiffness. - Hold until relief is felt. - Maintain pressure against the posture pro and roll up your back. - Identify a new area of muscle tightness/spine stiffness and hold until feel muscles begin to release. - Slowly move up and down back to release residual tightness. - Can use for up to 5 minutes.
- Use when you feel discomfort between your shoulder blades or as a means of preventing back tightness or stiffness. - There should be a sensation of pressure over the area on either side of the spine. - You may experience small "clicks": this is usually the vertebrae being manipulated and should not be of concern. - Following use, there may be some discomfort. Similar to the sensation following a deep tissue massage and should only last 24 hours. - If your pain continues or increases, discontinue use and contact your health professional.
