Field Conditioning - 20m Sprints (For/Bac)

Purpose: - To improve lactic acid tolerance and to improve anaerobic fitness
Description: - On the start signal sprint to the 20m mark
- Use the 20m warm down distance to slow down
- Active recovery run backward for the first 20m
- Spin and jog forward for the next 20m
- You'll now be back at the start point ready for the next sprint.
